synthesenota behandelt het tweede halfjaar van 2025<\/strong> en presenteert de prioriteiten die op de agenda van de Europese Unie (EU) staan en die een impact hebben op de gezondheidszorgstelsels van de lidstaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het eerste deel bespreekt de wetgevingsvoorstellen die de Europese Commissie heeft ingediend op het gebied van gezondheidsveiligheid, hart- en vaatziekten, biotechnologie en medische hulpmiddelen, en meer algemeen op het vlak van onderzoek en innovatie in de gezondheidszorg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het tweede deel beschrijft de prioriteiten waarop het Deense voorzitterschap van de Raad van de Europese Unie zich heeft gericht, aan de hand van de wetgevingsdossiers die het heeft behandeld binnen de Raadsformatie \u201cWerkgelegenheid, sociaal beleid, volksgezondheid en consumentenzaken\u201d (EPSCO), die specifiek met de gezondheidssector is belast, en binnen andere Raadsformaties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het derde deel richt zich op het eerste halfjaar van 2026 en biedt een overzicht van het programma dat is aangekondigd door het aan nota\u2019s biedt, elke zes maanden, een overzicht van prioriteiten die door de Europese Unie op de agenda zijn geplaatst en die vermoedelijk een impact zullen hebben op de gezondheidszorg en ziekteverzekeringsstelsels van de lidstaten<\/strong>. Hoewel de organisatie, financiering en verstrekking van de gezondheidszorg onder de bevoegdheid van de lidstaten valt, kan de Europese Unie de strategie\u00ebn voor gezondheidszorg en ziekteverzekering niet alleen aansturen en ondersteunen via het gezondheidsbeleid op zich, maar kan dit ook via haar sociaal- en werkgelegenheidsbeleid, economisch-, onderzoeks- en innovatiebeleid, beleid voor het reguleren van de interne markt, om nog niet te spreken over het beleid omtrent de financieringsinstrumenten. Om die reden worden de belangrijkste prioriteiten in het Europees gezondheidsbeleid en, indien van toepassing, in andere beleidsdomeinen voorgesteld.
